IMS is an independent sales and letting agent, mortgage brokerage and property investment group.
With offices in Bicester, Oxford, Thame, Fitzrovia, Aylesbury, Milton Keynes and High Wycombe, we have been providing bespoke solutions for all our clients’ property needs for over twelve years. During this time, the company has grown from specialising in mortgages to catering for a whole range of property services, whether you’re a landlord, prospective tenant, homebuyer or investor.
We are registered with the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) and the Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA), and have also achieved the Level 3 Technical Award in the Sale of Residential Property and Residential Letting and Property Management.
Our motto is ‘Homes without the hassle’ we aim to take all of the hassle out of any property and finance transaction because we are experienced and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

Our Story
Michelle Niziol bought her first house
Our CEO Michelle Niziol bought her first house when she was 18 and absolutely loved the process.
However, Michelle found increasingly that the process was disjointed.
The different companies and services involved the house sale and purchase did not communicate well with each other. This caused hassle, stress and worry.
Michelle spotted an opportunity
Michelle saw how things could be done better and wanted to help others to purchase their dream home but alleviate any of the hassle and stress from this process.
