Starting as a mortgage broker and winning Top UK Broker from Barclays Bank, Michelle built IMS from a single office in Bicester into a group of seven companies covering mortgage brokerage, estate agency, lettings, insurance and bespoke property investment. She appeared on The Apprentice Series 12 and was named Female Entrepreneur of the Year 2025. Alongside running IMS Property Group, Michelle works personally with a small number of clients with the same hands-on approach she built her business on.
