Your Role in a Nutshell

Be the welcoming face of IMS — answering calls, greeting clients, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our busy HQ

Provide essential administrative support to the Branch Manager and wider team

Help coordinate meetings, property inspections, and team communications

Support lettings & sales teams by managing paperwork, chasing documents, and handling key correspondence

Assist with onboarding new clients and keeping our CRM systems up to date

Liaise with tenants, landlords, and contractors to ensure issues are dealt with swiftly and professionally

Manage daily office tasks and ensure everything runs like clockwork

Exceptionally organised with eagle-eyed attention to detail

Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT systems

Positive, proactive, and unflappable under pressure

A team player who thrives in a dynamic environment
Bonus points if you have:

Experience in property, lettings, or real estate (not essential)

Knowledge of the local property market
You must have:

A full UK driver’s licence and access to your own vehicle
