About the IMS School Scheme

Recommend a friend to IMS, and help your chosen school financially at no additional cost to yourself. We will donate 10% of our banked commission fee to their nominated school PTA, if they quote their school when using any of our award-winning property investment and management services.

Terms & Conditions

Your school will get paid within 14 days of IMS receiving payment for the referred transaction.

Referral fees can only be paid on new customers being referred to IMS and not on existing customers. A customer is defined as anyone who is on our database.

Referrals must be submitted prior to our initial meeting with your referred client.
