Michelle was asked by Rightmove to offer her advice and expertise within the property market on her recent thoughts on houses prices in 2024.

“According to the latest data from Rightmove, average asking prices rose 0.9 per cent to £362,839 this month.

The data, which examines the prices of newly listed homes, reported a 1.3 percent increase in January. This means the typical asking price has risen by almost £8,000 since December.”
