Hours: 40 hours per week Monday-Friday

An exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join an award-winning independent sale and letting agent, mortgage brokerage and property investment group.
Due to the opening of our incredible new headquarters in Bicester and continued growth and success, we are looking for a very special Property administrator to join our small team.

Role Info:

  • Property administrator, reporting to the Operations Manager
  • Bicester, Oxfordshire / Hybrid Working Considered after successful completion of probationary period.
  • Salary is Negotiable Dependent on Experience
  • 24 days annual leave + Bank Holidays

What would you be responsible for?

  • Day to day assistance and administrative support to the Sales and Letting team.
  • Front line customer service to all clients
  • Daily contact with Contractors.
  • Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, check in/out and safety checks in line with current legislation.
  • Arrange renewals of certificates and tenancies.
  • Providing Landlords and tenants with regular updates and reports on their properties.
