Hours:  Monday-Friday, Part time and Full-time roles available

An exciting opportunity for a Property Supervisor to join an award-winning independent sale and letting agent, mortgage brokerage and property investment group. 
Due to the opening of our incredible new headquarters in Bicester and continued growth and success, we are looking for a very special Property administrator to join our small team.

Role Info: 

  • Property Supervisor, reporting to the Operations Manager 
  • Bicester, Oxfordshire / Hybrid Working Considered after successful completion of probationary period.  
  • Salary is Negotiable Dependent on Experience 
  • 24 days annual leave + Bank Holidays

What would you be responsible for? 

  • Investigate reported property issues, advise Tenant/Landlord on recommended course of action. 
  • Coordinate maintenance, and safety checks in line with current legislation. 
  • Conduct Tenancy check in and check out.  
  • Conduct property inspections. Provide Landlords with updates and reports on their properties.  
  • Arrange renewals of safety certificates and tenancies. 
  • Reconciling invoices from completed works. 
  • Build strong relationships with Clients.  
  • Maintaining exceptional customer service. 
  • Day to day assistance and administrative support to the Sales and Lettings team.
